We have an exciting opportunity for a

General Labourer

on a full-time basis, with an additional

part-time CAD Drawer position

available. Key responsibilities

Preparing and handling components for the powder coating process, ensuring proper cleaning and surface preparation Assisting with loading, unloading and moving materials and finished products safely and efficiently Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety standards Operating basic equipment and machinery under supervision as required Supporting the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation Creating and modifying CAD drawings for powder coating projects Assisting with design specifications and technical documentation Collaborating with clients and the production team to ensure accurate representations of components Maintaining CAD files and ensuring proper file management systems Supporting the design process for new and existing projects What we’re looking for

Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting and moving heavy materials Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and develop recent skills in both labouring and technical areas Basic health and safety awareness and commitment to workplace safety protocols Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Team player with good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively For the CAD Drawer component: proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar) or equivalent experience For the CAD Drawer component: ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Experience in manufacturing, powder coating or similar industries is advantageous but not essential Valid driver’s license is preferred What we offer
