Part-Time Commis Chef

to join our talented Kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in what they create and wants to develop their skills alongside an experienced team.

A little taste of your day-to-day As our Commis Chef, you’ll support the Kitchen team across daily food preparation and service, helping us deliver consistently great dining experiences for our guests.

You’ll be responsible for:

Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard

Supporting the kitchen team across preparation and service

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures





Assisting with stock rotation, storage and minimising food waste

Working collaboratively with chefs and the wider Food & Beverage team

Bringing a positive attitude and willingness to learn every shift

What we’re looking for You’ll be someone who:

Has previous experience in a commercial kitchen, ideally within a hotel or similar setting

Has a genuine passion for food and hospitality

Works well as part of a busy, supportive team

Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work

Is reliable, organised and able to work under pressure

Has flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including

weekends, evenings and public holidays

Holds relevant cookery qualifications
