About the Role We’re on the lookout for a passionate and reliable Landscaping & Garden Maintenance person to take care of our beautiful outdoor environments across all 15 Grove campuses. You’ll be responsible for maintaining safe, child-friendly, and inviting spaces that support play, learning, and exploration.

Key responsibilities include:

Regular

lawn mowing, edging , and general garden care

Pruning trees and shrubs to maintain

safe outdoor areas

Maintaining

child-safe garden beds

and refreshing them seasonally

Checking and maintaining

synthetic grass, dirt, and mulch

in playground areas

Clearing pathways and emergency exits

from overgrown vegetation

Removing debris

and ensuring our play spaces are always clean and safe

Monitoring irrigation systems

and making minor adjustments or repairs

Coordinating with

Centre Directors

to schedule work with minimal disruption

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Experience in

landscape maintenance and garden care

Physical stamina and willingness to work outdoors in all weather

A

valid driver’s license

and access to transport for travel between centres

Knowledge of

child-safe plants

and landscaping practices

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying outdoor hazards

Excellent

time management

and the ability to work independently

Basic knowledge of

irrigation systems

and their maintenance

Flexibility to respond to

urgent garden or safety needs

across campuses
