As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing multiple residential construction projects across Melbourne's northern, western and eastern suburbs. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in delivering quality homes, maintaining robust relationships with trades and clients, and keeping projects running efficiently from commencement through to handover.

Key responsibilities

Managing multiple residential builds from site commencement through to handover

Coordinating and scheduling trades, suppliers and deliveries across multiple sites

Monitoring construction progress and maintaining build schedules

Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks

Ensuring works comply with approved plans, engineering, specifications and relevant building requirements

Maintaining high standards of workmanship across all projects

Managing site safety, cleanliness and compliance

Identifying and resolving construction issues quickly

Liaising with office, project administration team, trades and suppliers

Managing defects and ensuring homes are completed to a high standard prior to handover

About you

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction

Experience gained preferably within custom residential builds





Experience supervising and coordinating multiple construction sites at the same time

Experience supervising residential construction projects in Victoria

Strong knowledge of residential building methods and construction sequencing

Excellent organisational and scheduling skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, trades and deadlines

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of Victorian building regulations and site safety requirements
