The successful candidate will bring: a personal commitment to the Christian faith and active participation in a local church community. a commitment to the vision and mission of MACC, with a willingness to support the faith formation of students. a Certificate III in Children's Services, preferably with a minimum of two years’ experience in an early childhood setting. an enthusiastic, hardworking and energetic attitude, demonstrated by a willingness to learn and take initiative. a positive and warm attitude towards young children and a passion for seeing students nurtured in all areas. a commitment to play-based and outdoor learning methodologies. a current NSW Working with Children Check. a current First Aid Certificate or a willingness to obtain one prior to employment.
