Quality Control & Fabric Cutting Team Member

to join our friendly and experienced Workroom team in our modern, air-conditioned workroom in

Enoggera .

We specialise in high-quality, custom-made curtains and window furnishings and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a hands-on production environment.

This position will work across

quality control and fabric cutting

with responsibilities tailored to the successful candidate's skills and experience.

About the Role Your responsibilities may include:

Fabric Cutting Cutting fabrics accurately to measurements and production sheets

Manually measuring, marking and hand-cutting fabrics where required

Carefully cutting delicate and specialty fabrics

Working with pattern repeats and matching requirements

Identifying fabric faults or inconsistencies before production

Ensuring accuracy and minimising fabric wastage

Quality Control & Finishing Inspecting completed curtains to identify faults, defects, or inconsistencies

Checking finished products against job specifications and measurements





Completing finishing tasks such as inserting hooks and preparing curtains for installation

Folding, packaging, and preparing completed products for dispatch

Working closely with our Workroom team to maintain consistently high standards

About You We are looking for someone who:

Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality

Is reliable, organised and able to work efficiently

Able to work efficiently in a production environment

A positive team player who takes pride in their work

Experience in curtains, textiles, manufacturing, or quality control is highly regarded, but training will be provided for the right person.
