Mai Medical Specialists GP Clinic – Footscray VIC You will be responsible for providing effective and welcoming front desk support to patients and healthcare providers at a growing GP and Specialist medical clinic.

Key responsibilities
Managing appointments and patient registration via phone, emails and online websites Medicare, Work Cover/TAC and private patients billing and processing payments Scanning, correspondence and management of patient records and privacy Liaising with GPs, specialists, pathology and other healthcare providers Maintaining clinic presentation and cleanliness Monitoring clinic stock levels and arranging/replenishing supplies as required Assisting with routine opening and closing duties Working collaboratively, providing thorough handover and following/completing clinic SOPs checklists About you Previous medical reception experience,



particularly with Best Practice Software Strong computer and general IT skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Follows established procedures and SOPs consistently Proactive and comfortable helping with the practical day-to-day needs of the clinic Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming environment Friendly, supportive and professional working environment Modern clinic in Footscray Casual hours initially with opportunity to transition to ongoing permanent part-time employment Competitive remuneration based on experience and responsibilities Genuine pathway to a Practice Manager position for the right person
