POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a motivated HSE Coordinator to join our Health, Safety and Environment team, providing practical, on-site HSE support across Hickory's operations. Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will work closely with operational managers, supervisors and employees to promote safe work practices, identify and manage workplace risks, and support compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements. This is a diverse, field-based role offering exposure to multiple areas of the business, including manufacturing, construction, logistics and precast operations. You'll play an important role in supporting HSE initiatives, strengthening safety practices and ensuring corrective actions are followed through to completion.

Provide practical HSE support across Hickory's operations, including manufacturing, construction, logistics and precast facilities.

Conduct regular site inspections and workplace observations to identify hazards, assess risk
