You’ll be joining a modern, fast-paced dealership, working alongside an experienced sales team and learning everything you need to progress into a
Vehicle Sales Consultant role .
What Will You Actually Be Doing? This is a hands‑on role. You’ll be learning on the floor, working with customers and getting involved in the day‑to‑day action of the dealership.
You’ll learn how to:
Meet and welcome customers into the dealership
Prepare vehicles for photo shoots
Assist Sales Consultants with vehicle handovers and paperwork
Talk all things Mazda and build your product knowledge
Present vehicles and demonstrate their features and technology
Assist with and progress to conducting customer test drives
Follow up enquiries, leads and appointments
Help prepare vehicles for those exciting new‑car handovers
Build relationships with customers from their first visit through to delivery
Use dealership sales systems and learn the automotive sales process
Work towards your own sales goals as your confidence and experience grow
And most importantly,
you’ll learn how to sell cars from people who know the industry.
Who Are We Looking For? Experience isn't the most important thing to us.

If you've worked in
retail, hospitality, customer service or another fast‑paced environment , we'd especially love to hear from you.
A
current Victorian driver's licence
is essential.
