About the Role As an Educator, you will work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals to provide meaningful learning experiences that support each child's development, wellbeing, and individual strengths.

Key Responsibilities

Build positive and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Support the implementation of engaging, play-based learning programs

Create a welcoming, safe, and stimulating learning environment

Observe and document children's learning and developmental progress

Encourage children's confidence, independence, and social development

Maintain high standards of care, supervision, and safety

Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture

Support the service's commitment to continuous improvement and quality outcomes

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for early childhood education and care

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or currently studying towards a qualification





Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A positive, enthusiastic, and reliable approach

Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain

The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
