Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking a reliable and friendly Environmental Services Worker to support our Residential Aged Care home in Clive Burdeu. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

About the Role You will support daily operations across cooking, cleaning kitchen, and servery areas, helping ensure services are delivered safely and with care. This is a permanent part-time role with minimum 20 hours per fortnight.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with food preparation and meal service

Setting up and cleaning dining areas and equipment

Supporting food safety and hygiene standards

About You We are looking for someone who:

Kitchenhand experience working in a Cook Fresh Residential Aged Care Setting.

Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work

Is friendly, respectful, and resident-focused

Has strong time management skills and can think on their feet

Can work both independently and as part of a team

Is adaptable and happy to work across cleaning, and kitchen shifts

Is flexible with availability, including weekends (penalty rates apply)

Is available for an immediate start

Experience in a similar role is desirable

Ability to obtain a National Police Check

Valid Australian work rights ( sponsorship not available )
