MSK Pain Group is a well-established, busy specialist practice in Glen Iris treating musculoskeletal and neuropathic pain. We're looking for a switched-on, organised administrator to join our friendly team 4 days a week on site.

About the Role: You’ll be the link between our patients, doctors, hospitals and the wider team, providing administrative support and patient coordination in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Key Duties Include:

Booking patient appointments and procedures

Answering phones and responding to patient and referrer emails

Welcoming patients and providing a warm, skilled experience

Liaising with patients, hospitals and clinical staff

Processing referrals, procedural paperwork and patient documentation

Preparing and submitting theatre lists

Billing, procedural billing and following up outstanding accounts

Managing daily practice administration





What You’ll Need:

Confident computer skills and ability to work across software platforms

Experience with Gentu or similar practice management software is a bonus, but not essential (full training provided)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring manner for patients

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

Attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Discretion when handling confidential patient information

Part-time flexibility: 4 days per week (30 hours)

Some work-from-home days may be available
