GRAYA is seeking a Structural Foreman to lead on luxury multi-residential projects on the Gold Coast and Brisbane. You will support the Site Manager and Project Manager, coordinating structural and facade works and managing trades, cranage, and site logistics to deliver on programme milestones.

You will drive safety, quality, and site presentation standards and lead from the front in rapid-moving environments, ensuring clean, well-managed sites and effective teamwork.
