· Have experience in succession law matters, including estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation, and a genuine interest in continuing to develop your expertise in wills and estates law;
· Enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment;

What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have: 3+ years' experience as a Paralegal within a wills and estates practice; experience assisting Lawyers with the preparation of court documents and briefs to Counsel; experience in estate administration matters and drafting estate planning documents; strong organisational skills and the ability to assist Lawyers with trial preparation; a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team; excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills; a willingness to learn and support others; confidence in following policies and procedures; and a professional and pleasant telephone manner.
