high-performance Sales Associate

to work directly with our Director and Selling Principal.

This is

not a traditional assistant role . We are looking for someone who is hungry for success, highly motivated and wants to build a genuine career in real estate sales.

You will be involved in the sales process from

generating the opportunity, prospecting and winning the listing through to helping achieve the sale .

A major part of this role will be

generating new business . You will not simply be handed leads — you will be expected to actively create opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Cold calling homeowners, property owners and potential sellers

Door knocking and prospecting within targeted Western Sydney suburbs

Calling past clients, contacts and database prospects

Generating seller leads, appraisal opportunities and listing opportunities

Building and maintaining your own prospect database

Following up every lead, appraisal and potential seller

Assisting with property appraisals and listing presentations

Attending appraisals with the Director

Preparing and conducting open homes

Greeting,



registering and qualifying buyers

Building and maintaining strong buyer relationships

Identifying potential sellers through buyer conversations

Assisting with property marketing and campaigns

Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-up tasks

Supporting the Director throughout the sales process

Developing your own pipeline of future business

About you We are looking for someone who is:

Comfortable with cold calling, door knocking and prospecting

Quick on your feet and able to think independently

Professional in appearance and communication

Excellent in spoken and written English

Comfortable using technology, CRM systems and social media

You will work directly with the Director and Selling Principal, giving you the opportunity to learn prospecting, appraisals, listing presentations, negotiation, buyer management, marketing and the complete sales process.

Previous real estate sales experience is preferred but not essential. We are more interested in your attitude, work ethic, hunger to succeed and ability to learn.
