As a Civil Concreter, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our projects. You will work with a small crew on-site, maintain quality standards, support safe work practices and help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and professionally. Key responsibilities include: Working to daily production targets while maintaining quality

Driving quality workmanship and productivity

Maintaining secure work practices

Communicating effectively with Leading Hand, Machine Operator and crew members

Supporting crew development and mentoring

Identifying site issues and raising with the Leading Hand and Foreman





Taking ownership of project outcomes

This is a hands-on position. You'll be expected to set the standard through your actions, attitude and commitment. The Person We're Looking For
