We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Residential team, managing a well-established territory across Sydney.

This is a relationship-focused role where you'll partner closely with builders, painting contractors and trade customers, helping them get the products, service and support they need to succeed.

This isn't a transactional sales role.

It's about building trust, identifying opportunities, and becoming a valued partner to customers who depend on you and PPG every day.

How you'll make an impact

Success in this role comes from understanding your customers, building strong relationships and helping grow their business alongside ours.

You’ll:

- Take ownership of a well-established customer portfolio across Western Sydney
- Build trusted relationships with residential builders, painting contractors and trade customers
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new businessPartner with customers to understand their challenges and provide solutions that add value
- Execute structured territory and call-cycle plans to maximise customer engagement
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Use CRM and sales tools to manage opportunities and maintain strong territory discipline
- Help strengthen PPG's position within the residential construction market

How you'll thrive

We're looking for someone who can quickly establish credibility with customers and become a trusted partner in the market.





You’ll be successful here if you:

- Have experience in account management, territory management or B2B sales
- Bring industry knowledge from paints, coatings, decorative products, building materials or a closely aligned sector
- Understand the needs of builders, contractors, tradespeople and residential construction customers
- Naturally build relationships and earn trust with customers
- Take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
- Are comfortable working autonomously while remaining a strong team contributor
- Have solid planning, organisation and territory management skills
- Hold a valid driver's licence

Experience working with painting contractors, builders or residential construction customers will be highly regarded.
