Commercial Bookkeeper - Manufacturing Business Full-Time Position We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Company Bookkeeper

to take ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration of a manufacturing business in the Redlands. This is a hands-on role working closely with management, employees, suppliers and customers to ensure financial processes are accurate, timely and well organised.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up overdue payments

Process supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations

Manage purchase orders and purchasing administration

Prepare information for

BAS, GST and statutory reporting

Complete bank and credit card reconciliations

Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes

Prepare regular financial and management reports

Liaise with external accountants and advisers

Identify discrepancies, errors and unusual transactions and bring them to management's attention

Maintain accurate, confidential and compliant financial records

Support financial administration across Multi site operations as required





About You You will be an experienced Bookkeeper or Commercial Accountant who takes ownership, works proactively and has a solid eye for detail.

Essential

Minimum

5 years' experience

in bookkeeping or accounts

Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience

Sound knowledge of

BAS/GST and general bookkeeping

Experience with

MYOB

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Excellent organisation and time management

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

High level of confidentiality, accuracy and integrity

Highly regarded

Experience in manufacturing, construction, trade or similar industries

Experience with purchasing and purchase order systems

Experience managing accounts across multiple departments, branches or entities

Experience working with external accountants and auditors
