As an Optical Assistant, you'll: Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their vision, lifestyle, and budget Deliver personalised dispensing solutions and exceptional customer service Build strong patient relationships and create memorable experiences Develop product knowledge and confidently recommend eyewear options Support daily practice operations and work collaboratively with the wider team Skills & Experience
