We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join an established project team on a complex, high-profile JV infrastructure project. This is a 3-month contract role, offering an above-market hourly rate and the opportunity to contribute to a landmark construction project.

The Role Working in a quick-paced project environment, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of day-to-day Document Control activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant management of project documentation across the JV.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, register, distribute, and archive project documentation in line with project procedures

Maintain document registers and workflows using

Aconex

Ensure document version control, approvals, and transmittals are managed accurately

Liaise with internal project teams, JV partners, consultants, and subcontractors

Support the project team by ensuring information is accessible,



up to date, and audit-ready

Maintain compliance with project and client document control standards

About You

Proven experience as a Document Controller on major construction or infrastructure projects

Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with Aconex (essential)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume project environment

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a JV team
