Journey Beyond, Australia's leading experiential tourism group, is seeking a Travel Sales Consultant to deliver outstanding service across calls, emails and chat, converting enquiries into bookings and recommending experiences. You will manage reservations across multiple systems and keep product knowledge up to date. You should have 2–3 years in reservations or sales, robust communication and data-entry skills, and confidence in upselling.
