As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centered support to people with complex needs, helping them live independently. Your responsibilities will include: Personal care

– Supporting people to cook, shower, groom, take medication safely, move around their home, and more. Community & social engagement





– Encouraging and joining our clients as they participate in local activities. Supporting clients with behavioural & mental health needs

– Working with effective Positive Behaviour Support Plans and Practitioners. Helping families with complex needs

– Providing emotional and practical support. Flexible travel across Sunshine Coast

– Bringing care where it’s needed most. What You Need to Get Started

Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain). Blue Card (or willing to obtain). First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain). Driver’s license & reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance. NDIS Worker Orientation Module & COVID-19 Infection Control Certificate (free online). Positive attitude, passion, and physical fitness. Preferred (but not required):

2+ years of experience in disability support. Experience with Restrictive Practices & PBSP. Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Allied Health, or Mental Health. Studying or qualified in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Psychology). Immediate availability | Competitive Pay Rates | Additional Benefits -
