We are particularly interested in people who bring

deep fundraising expertise , rather than a background primarily in marketing, business development or relationship management. You will also bring:

Proven experience leading a fundraising team or function Strong strategic fundraising capability A track record of growth and successful fundraising outcomes Experience developing major donor, philanthropic or corporate relationships Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify new opportunities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills If you are an experienced fundraising leader looking for the prospect to shape strategy, lead a team and drive meaningful revenue growth within a purpose-led organisation, we would love to hear from you.
