Shape and evolve Ruah's technology strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap

Establish portfolio, investment and governance frameworks that support effective decision-making and value realisation

Lead technology-enabled transformation initiatives and major strategic change

Provide trusted advice to executives and senior leaders on technology strategy, investment, risk and emerging opportunities

Strengthen commercial, vendor and service management practices to improve performance, resilience and long-term value

You confidently connect organisational priorities, executive decision-making and technology delivery, making complexity clear and actionable.

Strategy and transformation expertise:

You have developed and delivered technology, digital or business transformation strategies, operating models, roadmaps and major transformation programs within a medium-sized or complex organisation.

Commercial and investment acumen:

You bring strong capability in business case development, benefits realisation, portfolio management, investment prioritisation, budgeting, vendor management and technology value assessment.

Executive influence and stakeholder leadership:
