The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating site operations, managing project schedules, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate the delivery of civil works associated with water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Manage day-to-day site engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site personnel, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, construction methodologies, and engineering documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, delays, and construction challenges.
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, environmental standards, and quality assurance procedures.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and maintain accurate project records.
• Support procurement, variations, cost control, and project reporting.




• Work closely with the Project Manager and construction team to achieve project milestones. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Engineer or Project Engineer on civil infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience delivering water and/or wastewater treatment plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies, earthworks, concrete structures, pipelines, and associated infrastructure.
• Experience managing subcontractors, project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation.
• A strong understanding of Australian WHS, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a site-based environment.
