• You must be 18 or turning 18 soon.
• An interest in mechanics. You enjoy spending time pulling bikes, cars, motors or other machinery apart, and putting it all back together again. You like to see how things work.
• You enjoy working with your hands and have experience and an interest in using different tools.
• You have a driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• You have a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a safety-first mindset.
