• Install and support cloud phone systems and in office PABX
• Deploy hosted PBX on customer sites, including AI telephony integration
• Install and configure routers and network equipment
• Manage NBN installs and NBN transfers
• Troubleshoot faults on site and remotely, and keep customers informed What you’ll bring
• Hands-on experience with PABX, hosted PBX or cloud telephony
• Solid working knowledge of NBN, routers and basic IP networking
• Confidence dealing directly with business customers
• A driver’s licence and the ability to work independently on site
• Open cabling registration is a plus Why Telelink
