Technical Business Analyst – Telecom Role: Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA) Domain: Telecommunications

Relevant experience in Technical Business Analysis and Telecom domain Job Summary We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with experience in the telecommunications domain. The candidate should have robust requirements-gathering and documentation skills, the ability to understand technical systems, and experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement-gathering workshops.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Analyse telecom business processes, systems, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with telecom engineers, developers, testers, and project managers.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement.
• Support system integration, testing, UAT,



and implementation activities.
• Track requirements, risks, issues, and project deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate with stakeholders. Mandatory Skills
• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Telecommunications domain knowledge.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Technical analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessment.
• Experience supporting UAT and end-to-end project delivery. Desirable Skills
• Telecom OSS/BSS systems.
• Mobile networks, fixed-line networks, and broadband services.
• Network connectivity, IP networking, and telecom infrastructure.
• API and system integration knowledge.
• Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
