JD Experience in Workplace Management / Release Management, preferably in the banking or financial services domain. Strong understanding of SDLC, release management and change management processes. Experience coordinating releases across multiple applications and environments. Good understanding of CI/CD, DevOps and deployment processes. Experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git or similar. Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple releases, priorities and dependencies in a fast-paced banking environment.
