At The Garden, you’ll own a portfolio of high-value clients, working across strategy, performance media, creative, content and technology. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the work, the support of experienced Client Partners and a clear pathway towards becoming one yourself. You might currently be a Senior Account Manager, Account Manager or Senior Client Manager. What matters is your ability to lead client relationships and deliver strong commercial outcomes. You must have account management or client services experience within an advertising, media or digital agency to be considered. What you’ll own
• Client relationships: Become the trusted lead for your portfolio, confident with senior stakeholders and challenging conversations.
• Strategy and delivery: Turn business goals into clear briefs, integrated campaigns and longer-term growth plans.
• Commercial performance: Own revenue, margin, scope and retention, and identify opportunities to grow your accounts.
• Results: Translate performance data into recommendations that help clients decide where to invest next.
• Team development: Mentor junior colleagues and use AI and smarter workflows to improve how we deliver. You’ll work alongside our Client Partners and Director of Client Experience, with specialists across the agency bringing their expertise to your clients. What you’ll bring




• Around 4–6 years in agency account management or client services, with experience independently managing and growing accounts.
• Experience delivering multi-channel work across media, creative and content.
• Commercial judgement: you understand how budgets, scope and delivery affect profitability.
• Confidence presenting strategy and results to senior clients.
• Strong organisation, clear communication and the ability to give teams direction.
• Curiosity about AI and how it can improve the work. Experience in property, education or other high-consideration categories is a bonus. Why The Garden?
