• Waiters — full-time You’ll help create memorable dining experiences across our venues, welcoming guests with confidence, reading the room and bringing genuine personality to every interaction. What You’ll Do
• Welcome and seat guests
• Take food and beverage orders
• Deliver attentive, knowledgeable service
• Maintain strong menu and product knowledge
• Support smooth service across the floor
• Respond to guest requests with care and initiative
• Keep dining spaces polished, organised and guest-ready
• Work closely with culinary, bar and wider hotel teams
• Follow responsible service, hygiene and safety standards Qualifications About you You are warm, composed and comfortable in a lively hospitality environment.



You enjoy connecting with people and understand that great service is found in the details. You’ll ideally bring:
• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel or premium hospitality venue
• A genuine interest in food, wine and guest experience
• Robust communication and teamwork skills
• A polished, natural service style
• Availability across weekends, evenings and public holidays
• A current Queensland RSA certificate for applicable roles
