Role Description: The Production Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Jandakot Airport, Perth, WA, responsible for overseeing daily production operations for electric aviation charging infrastructure. This position manages production schedules, coordinates workflows, and ensures products are manufactured to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role includes supervising production teams, optimising resource allocation, and resolving operational issues to meet project timelines and customer requirements. The Production Manager collaborates closely with engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams to support continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and reliable output. The role also involves reporting on production performance, maintaining documentation, and implementing best practices to enhance manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:
• Experience in production or manufacturing management,



ideally within electrical, engineering, or technology-focused industries.
• Strong skills in scheduling, resource planning, and workflow coordination to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in applying quality control, safety standards, and compliance requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Capability to lead and develop teams, including performance management, training, and workforce planning.
• Competence with production-related software, ERP systems, and basic data analysis for performance reporting.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Relevant qualification in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience in high-tech, energy, aviation, or related sectors is beneficial, along with an interest in sustainable technologies. Ideal software
