The Opportunity Join a project finance support team in Brisbane’s CBD. Help keep purchasing and payment workflows accurate, timely and compliant while supporting internal teams and external suppliers. Responsibilities
• Coordinate purchase orders, receipting and invoice exceptions across the purchase-to-pay cycle.
• Process purchasing changes in SAP S/4HANA within agreed turnaround times.
• Resolve service requests and manage workflow tickets using Freshworks.
• Assist with accruals, reconciliations and month-end reporting.
• Maintain reliable financial records, governance controls and stakeholder relationships. RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements
• Experience in high-volume purchase-to-pay, accounts or project finance administration; construction exposure is advantageous.
• Strong ERP knowledge, with SAP experience highly regarded.




• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate high-volume data entry.
• Analytical thinking, initiative and confidence working with stakeholders.
