We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our Buying team The Production Assistant supports the buying team in managing the development and production process from sampling through to bulk delivery. What you’ll do:
• Support the team with the day-to-day coordination of garment production.
• Assist with purchase orders, production trackers and timelines.
• Track samples and follow up with suppliers on production updates.
• Maintain accurate product, costing and production information.
• Assist with packaging, labelling and quality requirements.
• Work closely with the Buying team to help ensure products are delivered on time.



What we are looking for:
• Solid organisation and attention to detail.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• An interest in fashion, garments and the production process.
