About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SailPoint ISC Engineer / L3 to support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow, application onboarding, connector development, and IAM technologies.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow solutions.
• Perform application onboarding and connector development.
• Support identity lifecycle management, access governance, and access certifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues.
• Work with APIs, REST, JSON, and scripting to support integrations.
• Apply IAM principles, including RBAC, ABAC, SSO, and MFA.
• Support enterprise IAM implementations and compliance requirements. Required Skills & Experience
• 4–5 years of experience in SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow.




• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Hands-on experience with application onboarding and connector development.
• Knowledge of APIs, REST, JSON, and scripting using PowerShell, Java, or Python.
• Understanding of IAM concepts, including RBAC, ABAC, SSO, and MFA.
• Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills. Desirable Skills
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• SailPoint IdentityNow / ISC certification.
• Experience in enterprise IAM implementations.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and ISO.
