About The Role
As a Senior Change Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering people-centred change that improves the experience of our residents, clients, families, and employees. Working closely with Change Partners, Project Leaders, and business stakeholders, you'll support enterprise-wide transformation and help ensure change is successfully adopted and sustained. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced change professional who thrives on collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and delivering meaningful business outcomes.

What You'll Do
• Support the delivery of change initiatives across strategic projects and programs.
• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments to identify risks, impacts, and readiness needs.
• Develop and execute change, communication, and engagement plans to drive adoption.
• Create key change artefacts, including impact assessments, stakeholder plans, and readiness reports.
• Identify and mitigate change risks, resistance, and adoption barriers.
• Partner with project teams, business leaders, SMEs, and Learning & Development to achieve change outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and readiness activities to support successful implementation.




• Monitor readiness, stakeholder sentiment, and adoption metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Support transition and embedding activities to ensure sustainable business outcomes. Requirements What You'll Bring
• 5+ years' experience in Change Management, Change Analysis, Business Transformation or Organisational Change roles.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale business, process, technology or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness assessments and adoption activities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into practical insights and actions.
• Knowledge of structured change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience within Aged Care, Healthcare, Retirement Living or a highly regulated environment will be highly regarded.
• Relevant Change Management certification or tertiary qualification (desirable). What’s in it for you?
