The Opportunity Take a renewable energy project from early contractor involvement through construction and commissioning. The position begins in Melbourne during planning and design development, then moves to a site leadership role in Mortlake, Victoria. Your Responsibilities
• Bring clients, consultants and contractors together around an achievable delivery plan.
• Contribute to design development, constructability reviews and pre-construction planning.
• Lead site teams, programmes and execution strategies through commissioning.
• Oversee procurement, budgets, forecasts and project costs.
• Manage contract obligations, variations, delivery risks and opportunities.
• Maintain solid HSE performance and report progress, commercial outcomes and emerging issues.
• Introduce practical improvements to delivery processes. RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements
• Experience managing major infrastructure, energy or renewable projects.




• Utility-scale solar or other renewable generation experience is highly regarded.
• Understanding of early contractor involvement, construction and commissioning.
• Strong contractual judgement and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant qualification in engineering, construction management or a related field.
