Job Description
- Delivery Lead We are seeking an experienced Integration Delivery Lead to take ownership of end-to-end integration delivery across multiple workstreams and releases. The successful candidate will lead delivery from planning and estimation through development, testing, deployment, stabilisation, and warranty support. This role requires a strong combination of delivery leadership, integration knowledge, financial awareness, governance, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery experience.

Key responsibilities
• Lead delivery from planning and estimation through build, testing, deployment and stabilisation.
• Manage delivery plans, timelines, dependencies, RAID, scope and resources.
• Forecast capacity, demand, delivery costs and resource requirements.
• Coordinate across BA, Development, QA,



Architecture and programme teams.
• Provide clear delivery reporting and communicate risks, issues and decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure architecture, security, release and delivery governance requirements are met.
• Coach delivery team members and work effectively with internal teams and external vendors. What we’re looking for
• Strong end-to-end technology delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder, team and delivery management skills.
• Strong Agile/SAFe experience with Jira, Jira Align and Confluence.
• Good understanding of APIs, REST API lifecycle and integration delivery.
• Experience with capacity, resource and financial management.
• Excellent communication and executive-level reporting skills. Desirable: MuleSoft/CloudHub, IBM ACE/MQ, CI/CD, cloud, Splunk/observability, and Insurance or Financial Services experience. LTM Australia
