This role requires a proactive qualified skilled in software platform assessment, requirements elicitation, and process analysis to support key projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage effectively with diverse stakeholders to gather and manage requirements.
• Assess software platforms and ask targeted discovery questions to evaluate needs and capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to capture business and functional specifications.
• Document business and functional requirements with clarity and precision.
• Analyze existing processes and workflows; develop comprehensive business process maps including current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") states.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide strong reporting and detailed documentation to support decision-making and project progress.




• Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to overcome challenges and drive solutions.
• Communicate effectively in written, verbal, presentation, and active listening formats with stakeholders at all levels. Required Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role within the Education sector.
• Demonstrated ability to assess software platforms and formulate relevant discovery questions.
• Experience facilitating workshops and conducting detailed requirements elicitation.
• Proficient in creating business requirements and functional requirements documentation.
• Expertise in process and workflow analysis, including business process mapping.
• Capability to identify risks and propose appropriate mitigation plans.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills across multiple mediums.
