Leading international firm | Complex Commercial Disputes & Litigation I’m currently recruiting a Senior Associate to join the Sydney Commercial Litigation team of a leading international law firm. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced litigator looking to work on sophisticated, high-value disputes while taking on greater responsibility within an established international practice. What will you work on? The team advises major Australian and international corporates on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including:
• Contractual and commercial disputes
• Corporate and shareholder disputes
• Construction and infrastructure-related disputes
• High-value litigation and dispute resolution
• Complex disputes involving major commercial transactions You'll gain exposure to significant matters across a range of industries, working closely with experienced Partners and major corporate clients. The prospect Rather than being confined to a narrow area of litigation,



you'll have the opportunity to develop a broad commercial disputes practice, working on technically challenging matters with substantial commercial implications. The role offers meaningful responsibility, direct Partner interaction and the opportunity to develop client relationships while continuing to build

your profile
as a commercial litigator. Who they’re looking for Ideally, you'll be an established Senior Associate with strong commercial litigation experience gained at a leading Australian, international or highly regarded mid-tier firm. Strong academics, excellent drafting skills and experience managing complex commercial disputes will be highly regarded. Exposure to construction-related disputes would also be advantageous.
