About the role
. What you’ll need to be successful.
• A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of the FMCG industry and route-to-market processes; foodservice industry experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data, identify commercial implications and make transparent recommendations.
• Strong reporting capability, attention to detail and confidence working with dashboards, scorecards and multiple data sources.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights for wide-ranging audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally to execute commercial plans and monitor performance against agreed targets.
• Experience using customer relationship management systems, with the ability to learn new systems and digital tools quickly.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with sound judgement on data quality, reporting and timeline issues. You will join the Foodservice/QSR Commercial team and report to the Category Manager Foodservice/QSR ANZ, within the broader Category and Customer Insights function. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Insights colleagues,



providing the analysis, tools and recommendations that help the wider commercial team make informed decisions and execute category plans.
