• Manage a portfolio of strata schemes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and Councils of Owners
• Prepare for and conduct meetings with clarity and confidence
• Coordinate maintenance, contractors and day-to-day scheme matters
• Manage client enquiries and correspondence
• Navigate WA strata legislation and industry requirements, with support available when needed What You’ll Need
• Previous strata management experience is preferred
• Experience with Strata Master/StrataMax or similar strata management software
• A current National Police Clearance
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
