About the Role
/n General Pants is one of Australia and New Zealand’s most iconic fashion retailers, and we’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Visual Merchandising Cluster Manager to join our WA cluster. /n As the Visual Merchandising Cluster Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving visual excellence across a portfolio of stores, creating a consistent and elevated brand experience while delivering strong commercial results. /n What You Will Be Doing /n /n
- Driving sales through strong, commercially focused visual merchandising /n
- Executing floor plans, window campaigns, mannequin styling and VM directives to a high standard /n
- Analysing sales and product performance to inform VM decisions /n
- Identifying hot and cold zones and optimising product placement /n
- Coaching and training store teams to confidently execute VM refreshes and campaigns /n
- Partnering closely with store and regional teams to deliver consistent brand standards /n
- Supporting new store openings, VM projects and model store initiatives when required /n
- Ensuring all VM activity aligns with safety, WHS and compliance requirements /n /n What We’re Looking For /n /n

- Confident working autonomously,

- Visual merchandising experience within fashion or apparel retail /n
- A genuine love and understanding of fashion, trends and the retail landscape /n
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn data into action /n
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels /n
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail /n
- An understanding of local customer demographics and competitor activity /n
