EML is seeking a Mobile Case Manager on a fixed-term secondment to cover Coffs Harbour, Grafton, Port Macquarie and surrounds. You’ll be out in the field delivering face-to-face claims support, helping injured workers return to work and advising employers and providers with workers’ compensation insights. The role requires NSW experience, robust communication, and a willingness to travel across the region with up to 3 hours travel one way.
