We’re a down-to-earth team that’s obsessed with improving every day, and we’re growing rapid. /n /n Due to exciting growth plans and recent internal promotions across the business, we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Southland store We want a leader who will bring energy, passion, and a genuine love for the customer experience. /n /n What you’ll be doing /n /n As an ASM, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store: /n /n /n
- Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense /n
- Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance /n
- Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable /n
- Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time /n /n /n What’s in it for you /n /n /n
- OTE up to $85,000 (Base + Super + Monthly + Annual Bonus + Profit bonus) (monthly & annual incentives) /n

- Experience in retail or optics at a supervisor or management level /n
- A confident leader who enjoys developing others /n
- Passionate about creating great customer experiences /n
- Confident with retail commerciality, driving KPIs, and achieving sales targets /n
