/n Maroochydore GWM & Renault | Caloundra GWM Sunshine Coast, QLD /n Pacific Hyundai Pty Ltd is looking for two motivated New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our growing Sunshine Coast dealerships. /n We have two positions available: /n /n
- 1 x Sales Consultant – Maroochydore GWM & Renault /n
- 1 x Sales Consultant – Caloundra GWM /n /n This is a great opportunity to join established dealerships representing some of Australia’s fastest-growing automotive brands.

About the Role
/n As a New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery, while achieving individual and dealership sales targets. /n Your responsibilities will include: /n /n
- Selling both new and used vehicles /n
- Responding promptly to showroom, phone and online enquiries /n
- Building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers /n
- Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives /n
- Following up leads and maintaining an active sales pipeline /n
- Negotiating and closing vehicle sales /n
- Working closely with Finance & Insurance and management teams /n
- Maintaining accurate customer and enquiry information within our CRM /n
- Assisting with vehicle merchandising and presentation /n
- Achieving individual and dealership sales targets /n
- Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the entire sales process /n About You/n We are looking for people who are energetic, professional and genuinely enjoy dealing with customers. /n Automotive sales experience is highly regarded, but not essential. If you have a strong background in retail, hospitality, real estate, customer service or another sales environment,



we would still love to hear from you. /n You will ideally have: /n /n
- A strong sales and customer-service focus /n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills /n
- Confidence speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone /n
- A proactive approach to following up opportunities /n
- The ability to work towards targets and KPIs /n
- Solid organisation and time-management skills /n
- A positive, team-focused attitude /n
- Good computer skills and willingness to learn dealership systems /n
