/n Summary: /n We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Unley, South Australia. This permanent, full-time position is essential for providing high-quality care to our aged care residents. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting health and wellbeing, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible support in a safe and nurturing environment. /n

Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to aged care residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. /n
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring residents for any adverse reactions. /n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individual care plans. /n
- Conduct regular health assessments and document changes in residents’ conditions. /n
- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health management and care options.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements. /n
- Participate in staff training and development initiatives to enhance nursing practices and improve resident care. /n /n

Qualifications:
/n /n
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA). /n
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification. /n
- Proven experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting. /n
- Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. /n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. /n
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. /n
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement. /n /n
