You’ll be responsible for keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring financial visibility, and maintaining high standards across our systems and processes. /n /n

Key Responsibilities
/n /n Operations & Job Management /n /n /n
- Review job files for accurate notes, photos, and documentation /n
- Manage purchase orders and job-related admin /n
- Monitor and log incoming calls within our system /n /n /n Financial & Performance Reporting /n /n /n
- Track invoicing targets and job performance /n
- Monitor gross profit across jobs and identify discrepancies /n
- Prepare reports on revenue and GP across
