About the Role
/n Jacqui E Adelaide Harbour Town is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service to achieve sales and KPIS targets. /n This is a Full Time position requiring availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays. /n Day in the Life /n /n
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering personalised customer experiences. /n
- Coach and develop the team, providing feedback to enhance performance. /n
- Manage daily operations, including sales briefing, stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation. /n /n What You Will Bring /n /n
- Previous leadership experience in a retail environment and familiarity with KPIs and driving sales. /n
- Confidence in providing feedback to team members. /n
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. /n
- Knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety practices. /n
- Visual Merchandising experience is a plus. /n /n
