- Be the go-to leader for a passionate team of carers and clinicians /n
- Deliver high-quality, values-aligned care directly to clients in their homes /n
- Champion clinical excellence, safety, and compassion in every visit /n
- Guide and mentor staff to help them thrive in their roles /n
- Collaborate across teams to streamline service delivery /n

- AHPRA – RN registration /n
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical leadership, community nursing or senior care role /n
- A passion for empowering others and creating positive change /n
- Strong communication and organisational skills /n
- Confidence in balancing hands-on care and team oversight /n
